Morning Meltdown 100 Workout

In case you have been living under a rock or are just not immersed in the fitness world or don’t follow me online, just kidding, this is the newest fitness program to hit the market. Its called #MM100 or Morning Meltdown 100.

The goal is to kick start each day with a 20 or 30 minute workout. But even if you can’t fit in a workout first thing in the am, you can still do this program. As a coach we have had early access to the first 10 workouts for 10 days. Um…..OBSESSED is an understatement. When I first heard it consisted of 10 styles of fitness I was not sure how I felt. After doing them all a couple times I am in love!

There is strength training, cardio, HIIT, flow and more. Some workouts are on the beat to the LIVE DJ and others just have AMAZING music but are not on the beat. It also has 2 modifiers. So no matter what level you are at you can do these workouts. Here is one called downbeat strength. Its a lower body and GLUTE focused workout and its great. So try it out!
