I love this shirt but I think it should say:CoffeeCoffee CoffeeLiftStretch SleepRepeatToday was all booty and hamstrings I was in focus mode so no video of that but here is a little of yesterday’s shoulder & arm workout💪🏼 Each exercise 3sets of 10It’s the last week of this lifting program and excited to kick off my September group want to workout with me?🙋🏻‍♀️

I love breaking arm days down into chest & triceps, back & biceps, shoulders but somedays I like total body lift or in this case a total upper body circuit. This routine hit each area.

I love this shirt but I think it should say:

Each exercise do 3 sets of 10 so lift heavy ladies!
