Upper Body Burnout


Here is a great burnout to add to the end of any upper body workout. Especially a chest and back workout. It was my last week of LIIFT4 and I loved it!

30 seconds wide pushups, 30 second regular pushups and back extensions.

Do 3 sets!

I know I post a lot of pushup videos on social but I love them 

I honestly love them and do them daily either in my own workouts (like this mornings) or in the classes I teach! ????

This was the first workout of week 8, the final week of LIIFT4.

 The final week of our lifting and hiit program. It’s also your last chance to score early access to it (ends September so message me)

This Chest and back workout   but so was this burnout round????
30 sec regular push-ups
30 sec back extensions
30 sec wide push-ups
3 sets


I remember the days I could only do push-ups on my knees. I also remember when I couldn’t do 1 tricep push-up. Now I love them all. Just remember we are all beginners once????????
