AMRAP means as many rounds or reps as possible. So in this AMRAP workout see how many rounds of each AMRAP you can do.
Set the timer for 4 minutes and go!
These are great because the time passes quickly and before you know it your workout is done. These are taken from a 3 week program I offer inside my Fit For Life group. So some of these moves were done in cardio core circuits. Then a few are done in this AMRAP to burn it out at the end. If you like these you will love this full program!
