I wanted to hit snooze on my 🚨 but if you know me you know I do not skip leg day!

I had a member of my 6am insanity class say they almost didn’t come to class because they were tired too.

I had a member of my fit for life group staying in a hotel without a gym do a 15 min workout in the dark in her hotel room while her kids slept because NO EXCUSES!!!
