How to get fit from home, with little space and equipment.
Growing up I played sports. In high school I ran cross country for 2 years and then my senior year played on an indoor soccer league. In college I ran on my own and played intramural soccer. After graduating, I no longer had a campus gym or sports team. I needed a way to stay active that didn’t require a gym membership, something I could do on my own time, something that was FUN and got results. That is when I fell in love with TURBOJAM

I fell in love with Chalene, the fitness trainer and the style workout. From there I went on to Turbofire and my soulmate workout INSANITY. Years later I became a beachbody coach. Best Decision EVER!!!!

I am a certified instructor and teach Insanity, P90X and Piyo. But my own personal workouts I do at home in my living room, basement or back deck. I have learned to LOVE strength trainingeven though I am a cardio girl. I no longer have to drive 10-15 minutes to and from a gym. I no longer need to pay a monthly membership. I get to access all styles of workouts. Cardio, strength training, total body, step, abs, dance, yoga/pilates, piyo, core, stretching and more. I simply stream it on my phone, laptop, Smart Tv or apple TV. Its been extremely useful when I travel too.
