If there were 2 muscle groups I could train forever it would be shoulders and legs. I have been working with my Fit For Life group as we make our way through 100 workouts and complete the MM100. I am on the final phase and have been loving this program.
Each phase the movement patterns change so you target every big and small muscle group. Here is a fun lower body combo. You can do this workout at home you just need dumbbells. I like to get my workouts done before I teach class a few mornings a week so I do them at the gym a few days a week.
