Some times you are short on time and just need a quick effective workout. When I need a great total body workout, this 12 minute upper body burn is one I go to.

You can add 12 minutes of legs and 10 minute abs and give yourself a great, quick and effective totally body solution.

 

If you have more time you can add another set of each or other exercises.
