How often do you wash your hair? I wash mine 2-3 days a week. This is MY hair care routine.

I love the smell of this shampoo and hair mask. Bonus points that it is PINK and beautiful. But my hair loves it.  Since I workout everyday and several days a week teach multiple fitness classes a week…..I sweat a lot.

I don’t have time to wash my hair daily even if I wanted to but I also learned thats not good for your hair. For the past year I have been using the quench and shine restorative shampoo and hair mask. I look forward to these 2-3 days a week for some at home spa time. I put on a fave podcast or audible book, and take some much needed me time.

Since the Nordstrom sale I started adding this kit once or twice a week. First I use the bond building hair treatment and then add Olaplex number 3.  I leave that on about 10 minutes before getting in the shower.

I also use my hair massager to really get it into my scalp.

 

 

 

 

I also have been using this moisturizing treatment for a year. I add it before washing my hair, use the massager to get it into my hair then add shampoo. It helps my hair with shine and feeling soft.  I am so glad Colleen Rothschild Beauty launched this heat protect and perfect styling cream. I add it right before I blow dry my hair and straighten it with the hot iron.
