The newest beach body fitness program, 9week control freak is finally here. Coaches now have access to this program and the public will get VIP early access on December 21, 2020. It will not launch on regular BOD until summer 2021 but you will still need the accessory bundle to do the workouts. Ya’ll there is even a music video for this fitness program and 4 songs it inspired.
I love strength training, tabata and HIIT training cardio. I like doing new movements in my workouts so I am so excited for a new style and ability to train muscles with the new strength track that will mimic cables plus allow you to do exercises that you can’t do with cables.
What are the styles of workouts?
DCT-T Each workout features a combination of three innovative methods
Density Training: You’ll do as many sets of 5 different exercises as you can before the time runs out. You control the pace and intensity, but the goal is to take as little rest as possible. The harder and faster you go without sacrificing good form, the more fat you’ll burn and the more muscle you’ll build.
Strength Complexes: Autumn stacks moves together in a way that maximizes your time and results by efficiently targeting multiple muscle groups to build greater strength. You’ll only need one pair of dumbbells or the Control Track for each complex, but you won’t put them down until you’ve completed every set of every exercise. No rest equals more time under tension—a key growth stimulus.
Tabata Cardio: Crush calories and burn fat as you help chisel your body and increase endurance by challenging your speed, strength, and staying power.
TOTAL BODY TONE :compound moves back-to-back for full-body resistance training that will leave no muscle untouched.
AUTUMN’S 10-MINUTE BONUS WORKOUTS – Add one to any workout to target a particular muscle group based on your personal goals.
REMOTE CONTROL– These 5 workouts mimic one full week of 9 Week Control Freak, but are meant to be done when you don’t have access to your dumbbells or step—for example, if you’re traveling. They are full workouts that utilize the Core Ball and the Control Track, giving you the same intense workout you’d normally do, so you never have to pause your 9 week commitment.

Is there music in the 9 Week Control Freak workouts?
There is no music in the workouts, but there is a “Autumn’s Tracks” Spotify playlist available on BOD that you can listen to during your workout. There is music in the controlled stretch sessions.
