Sweet tooth and on a health journey?
I got you covered with the one. Its gluten free, low sugar and OHHHH so good.
It’s also really easy to make.
Here is what you need:
-
1 cup almond flour

1/2 cup pbfit
-
1/3 cup monk fruit sweetener (I used slightly less)
-
1/3-1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
-
2tbs coconut oil
-
2tbs almond milk (unsweetened)
-
3tbs liquid egg whites (or one large egg)
-
tsp vanilla extract
-
1 scoop collagen (optional but why not add some protein)
-
1/2 tsp baking powder
-
Preheat oven 350
-
Mix the almond flour, collagen, monk fruit, baking powder in a large bowl
-
Measure out 1/2 cup pbfit and add just enough water to make PB consistency, Can also use almond butter.
-
Add pbfit mixed to the almond flour mixture
-
Add the egg whites, coconut oil, almond milk, vanilla
-
Mix well
-
Stir in chocolate chips
-
Line loaf pan with parchment paper. Spray with non stick spray
-
Pour in batter
-
Bake 18-20 minutes. Let cool and enjoy. I store mine in a glass dish in the fridge
