Push Up Challenge

Did you know there are benefits to doing pushups?

Maybe you love them. Maybe you hate them. Maybe you have not tried them because you just assume you can’t do them. That was me years ago. I had a really weak upper body. I could barely do them on my knees. But over time I have gained strength and self belief and now I love them.

They work your shoulders, pecks, triceps and can also strengthen your back.

If you are brand new to them a good place to start is against a wall or on your knees. But do not stop there. Keep going and build that strength.

If you are up for it here is one of my fave pushups challenges. Its basically pushups on steroids! You got this!
