Bicep Tricep Challenge

I love the same style of workouts (HIIT and strength) but I like to vary what I do for each.

This was one we did at Bootcamp a few weeks ago and I think it will become part of my regular rotation!

It’s a ladder up meaning you climb the ladder and then you gotta come back down it💪🏼

If it doesn’t burn go heavier🔥

Alternating biceps and triceps
5 biceps 💪🏼 5 triceps ….

5,5,10,10,15,15,20,20,25,25,20,20,15,15,10,10,5,5 ….. are ya up for a challenge? 😛

I followed this up with 20 minutes HIIT  strength on the step.
