I love my home workouts and I love to train legs. I just stepped up my workout game with this Terra Core Fitness tool for a great leg workout that also MAKES you use that core to stabilize you.
This piece of equipment is so versatile. You can use it to stand on and engage that core more when you squat or lunge. Use it for some plyo or cardio. Flip it over and use it for pushups or overhead presses. You can lean up against it for hip thrusts or bridged lifts. You can lay on it for hamstring work or chest work. The possibilities are endless. It adds weight to moves. It increases that core stabilization even when doing traditional lifting movements.
It’s truly an all in one workout tool.
I decided to step up my leg day routine. I love tabata stye. Tabata does not mean just cardio moves. Its a pattern 20 seconds on 10 second rest. Repeat for 4 sets.
Give this workout a try:
Block 1
Split squat lunge right leg
Split squat lunge left leg
Squat push right arm
Squat push left arm
Repeat for a total of 4 sets
Hip thrust
Hamstring curls
Plyo knee right
Plyo knee left
Repeat 4 sets
Bonus- 1 minute side to side taps
There are so many more exercises you could add but I enjoyed this one.
