I just finished my 6 week strength program and come January 3 my virtual bootcamp and I will be starting Barre Blend. So until then I have been choosing workouts from our on fitness app. The other day I did this shoulder and HIIT workout.
Some days I like to work my whole body and some days I like to train specific muscle groups. And of course I like to add in a little HIIT and get that heart rate up. Give this workout a try.
