Speed & Agility Cardio Workout

Speed and Agility

 

Some days you just need a quick, effective sweat session.

This  speed and agility cardio workout is just that. If you want to do it twice for twice the sweat give it a try.

It’s essentially death by mountain climbers. There are 3 levels in the mountain climber, you choose your level.

But this is a fave cardio one I come back to again and again.

 

What you need:

  • water
  • towel
  • pre workout
  • device to stream the workout below
