Here is what you need for the banana muffins:
non stick spray
2 cups of flour
2tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 egg lightly beaten
1/4 cup honey
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
3 medium ripe bananas mashed

Here is how to make these breakfast banana muffins
preheat oven to 350
prepare muffin liners/ spray with non stick spray
combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, sea salt in a large bowl and mix well
In a separate bowl combine eggs, oil, milk, honey and vanilla extract and mix well
add egg mixture to flour bowl and blend
Carefully fold in mashed banana
Divide batter between muffin cups
Bake 18-23 minutes until the tester comes out clean
