Punta Cana Vacation
Have you ever been to Punta Cana? We recently got back from our Punta Cana vacation. It was my third time visiting. I love traveling especially if it’s someplace warm. So if you have not gone before add it to your list.
My first time going to Punta Cana was back in 2007 with one of my besties. We went to an all inclusive resort (can’t recall where we went). We had a blast. However our first night at the resort, my friends luggage got infested with ants and we had move rooms! But after that we had so much fun. Most days we hung out around the resort but one day we did a catamaran boat ride out to a starfish reserve. It was pretty cool.
The second time I vacationed in Punta Cana was with my husband for a rewards trip for coaches with Beachbody. The rewards trip was held at the Hard Rock Hotel. It’s massive and stunning!
While I don’t have much documented from that trip, most of it lived on SnapChat…. it was a great time to bond with my team. The best part is all the husbands of us coaches got along so well. It was basically a week full on inside jokes and endless laughs and live workouts with our super trainers mixed in. Also lots and lots of chilling by the pool.
Ryan and I decided to stay two extra days to unwind. We stayed at the Westin and it was calm, quiet and beautiful. Just what we needed after a busy week with our team full of early morning workouts and late night hang outs.

This trip was also a rewards trip with Beachbody and it was back to the Hard Rock Hotel. But we decided to go two days early this time. We stayed at the Royalton Chic. It’s no hard rock but it’s still pretty. It does try to create a party vibe atmosphere and when we were there it didn’t seem that their clientele was quite the party scene. But it was fine for the two days we stayed there.
We enjoyed lounging by the pool, taking walks on the beach and Ryan enjoyed the free ice cream bar.
But overall we would not say the food is that great.
Romper Outfit
While it wasn’t the best resort we’ve been to it was still fun. The staff friendly and they had a cool outdoor part of their gym. The gym was somewhat small and very dark. I enjoyed the fresh air and used the TRX section for my workout spot. When we travel I always find my own corner of a gym and zone in on my workout.
Since my workouts go with me I can open my laptop or the app on my phone and get a workout in anywhere.

After our two days we headed over the the Hard Rock for the success trip.
Full of laughter, sun, smiles, workouts with trainers, memories and good times.
Night 1 was the welcome party on the beach. We got to meet up with our friends.
Our mornings consisted of workouts with a couple of our super trainers. I mean you can’t beat working out with that view. Sure beats my home gym. Plus the energy is always electric with so many coaches from all walks of life and fitness levels pushing each other, sweating and having fun.

Shop These Dinner Looks
Back in 2017 on our last day at the Hard Rock we got a couples massage and it was amazing. On our last morning of this trip we hit the gym, got an amazing couples massage (its so good here) and then ordered room service. We enjoyed the birds chirping and took in our last morning in paradise. I highly recommend.
