Maybe you love them. Maybe you hate them. Maybe you have not tried them because you just assume you can’t do them. That was me years ago. I had a really weak upper body. I could barely do them on my knees. But over time I have gained strength and self belief and now I love them.
They work your shoulders, pecks, triceps and can also strengthen your back.
If you are brand new to them a good place to start is against a wall or on your knees. But do not stop there. Keep going and build that strength.
