If you know me, you know mentally I struggle to embrace slower, movement focused style of fitness. They are needed. The body does need to recoup and restore after heavy and intense workouts.
While I am loving MM100 some of the workouts are intense! I have actually enjoyed both phase 1 and shown here phase 2 freestyle flow. It feels so good to stretch out the muscles AND add length and flexibility.
