10 Rep Circuit


Its almost Friday so maybe try this 10 Rep Circuit to your weekend workout!

I combined two programs I was doing and I think its a fun circuit.


Here are the exercises:

  • squat clean lunge 5 each side
  • squat squat pulse ( add a core ball and engage those abs) 10 reps
  • hammer curl, L raise, bicep curl alternating¬† L raise for 10
  • burpee star jump 10
  • shoulder press 10
  • tricep kickback 10
  • wide row plank 10
  • pushup row knee elbow tap alternating 10
  • 30-60 minute rest, repeat for 3 sets
