1000 Rep Challenge
I love a good challenge. I have done a strictly shoulder 1000 rep challenge but this day I wanted a 1000 rep challenge that included weights, body weight training, HIIT and core.
This was lots of fun so give it a try.
Warm up first and then get those 1000 reps in!
Confession this ended up being a bit more than 1000 reps but I goofed on adding them all to the video!

- 50 Side Raises
- 50 Jumping Jacks
- 50 Bicep Curls
- 50 Mountain Climbers
- 50 Step Step Knee
- 50 Tricep Dips
- 50 V-Ups
- 50 Scissor Runs
- 50 Upright Rows
- 50 Russian Twists
- 50 Power Jacks
- 50 Wide Curls
- 50 Power Knees (25 each side)
- 50 Switch Kicks
- 50 Tricep Kickbacks
- 50 Twisting Climbers
