1000 Rep Challenge

1000 Rep Challenge

 

I love a good challenge. I have done a strictly shoulder 1000 rep challenge but this day I wanted a 1000 rep challenge that included weights, body weight training, HIIT and core.

This was lots of fun so give it a try.

Warm up first and then get those 1000 reps in!

Confession this ended up being a bit more than 1000 reps but I goofed on adding them all to the video!

The workout:

  1. 50 High Knees
  2. 50 Plank Jacks
  3. 50 Side Raises
  4. 50 Jumping Jacks
  5. 50 Bicep Curls
  6. 50 Mountain Climbers
  7. 50 Step Step Knee
  8. 50 Tricep Dips
  9. 50 V-Ups
  10. 50 Scissor Runs
  11. 50 Upright Rows
  12. 50 Russian Twists
  13. 50 Power Jacks
  14. 50 Wide Curls
  15. 50 Power Knees (25 each side)
  16. 50 Switch Kicks
  17. 50 Tricep Kickbacks
  18. 50 Twisting Climbers

NOT SHOWN:

50 front & side Jacks

50 Pushups

50 Bicycle Crunches
