Bone Broth Benefits for those with  & without IBS

Bone Broth Benefits

Have you heard of bone broth before?

I first heard about bone broth and all the benefits of bone broth three years ago and I just assumed it was the normal broth you find in the grocery store that you use when you make soup or cook a turkey….man was I wrong!

Most store bought STOCK and BROTH are not even real! Instead companies now use lab produced bouillon cubes and they add MSG which is a toxin!!!!!!

So I dug deeper, listened to some medical experts and decided to give it a try….

Aside from my Shakeology….this is one of the best things I have done for my gut health. Keep reading to learn about many bone broth benefits!

If you are new to my site….welcome…you may not know that I have struggled with IBS since high school and after learning from experts and constantly searching for help….I have learned I have leaky gut…in fact 80% of people do. So yea stomach issues is or was a weekly/daily struggle for me.

Bone Broth has many benefits regardless if you have IBS, Leaky Gut or no digestive issues at all:

  • Treats leaky gut

  • Boosts immune

  • Reduces cellulite

  • Improve joint health

  • Healthy hair and nails

  • Joint pain relief

  • Reduces inflammation

  • Reduces recovery time

  • Heals the gut

  • Builds healthy bones

One of my fave companies that I get in the freezer section of Whole Foods is Bonafide. One thing to keep in mind as you now will find Bone Broth in your normal grocery is to look at the nutrition facts panel and the INGREDIENTS list!!!!

The one I use has ORGANIC (you should know where you meat or animal products come from)  Beef Broth, Organic onion, apple cider vinegar, sea salt, and parsley. Its made with filtered water and organic  GRASS FED beef bones.

Its also paleo friendly, whole30 approved, No MSG, and Gluten free….so this girl sings its praises!

I often will do some mid afternoon instead of ANOTHER coffee….yes I have an addiction and usually later in the evenings too. This certainly calms my stomach and allows for better nighttime digestion as usually thats when my stomach starts to flare up.

Have you tried Bone Broth? I hope you at least give it a shot.

Be sure to comment if you try it! Happy Sipping.
