Give these workouts a try. Some are a sample of a full program offered inside my private coaching group that you may also see me doing daily on my Insta-stories or Facebook. Others are me working out that I share on youtube.

 

Barre Blend
I’m not a dancer but this one gave me crazy results. I increased my flexibility, lost 9 inches, strengthened my core, made my obliques and abs POP and I will continue to incorporate going forward. Not your traditional barre.

10 Rounds
Boxing and strength in one. 3 days of boxing 2 days of lifting. 1 day lower body 1 day upper body. This sample workout features boxing and weightlifting exercises to give you a taste of the 10 Rounds program. Get ready for a TOTAL KNOCKOUT! If you love cardio kickboxing you will enjoy this.

LIIFT4

 This workout combines heavy lifting and intense cardio in 32 unique, real-time workouts. Its traditional lifting with HIIT infused and always ends with a core workout.

 

21 Day Fix Real Time

This updated version of 21 Day Fix with Autumn Calabrese is a fresh take on the original workouts plus some new moves. The beauty of the real time is each week the workouts progress and moves increase in difficulty so you keep making progress. It’s a go to program as its only 21 days.

 

21 Day Fix Extreme Real Time

This is also an updated version of the original 21 day fix extreme. This is an awesome program to progress too once you build your strength and stamina in 21 day fix and are ready for a deeper challenge.

 

Transform 20

Not your mamas step program. Shaun steps it up with high intensity, agility, core and strength on and off the step. Its non stop but it’s 20 minutes. You get amazing results in half the time.

Barre Blend

Home Gym Workout– Total body workout using dumbbells and resistance bands plus your own body weight.

The Crucible– 50 rep each challenge. Dumbbells, sliders and good old cardio for a total body core workout.

 

PUSHUP CHALLENGE– give the weights a rest with this upper and core burner. All variations of a pushup to target your shoulders, delts and back plus those abs. No equipment needed.

 

CARDIO HIIT– not your basic jumping jacks. Give these combinations for a cardio hit core burnout. Get your heart rate up in HALF the time!

 

DIRTY 30– Burn those glutes, lift that booty, sculpt those biceps and define that core with this 30 minute workout.
