This is a new fave HIIT workout. Fast, effective, get in and get it done. Its a bonus in a 9 week fitness program I am currently doing along with members of my private Fit For Life group. I am a cardio queen at heart so this HIIT workout is my JAM.
Give this one a try. If you don’t have the program and equipment you can do the high knees without the bands. If you don’t have a step you can still do the jacks.
Give this quick effective hiit workout a try its less than 20 minutes. Its a tabata style workout so 15 seconds on 15 seconds rest for the whole workout. Some of the core moves are 20-40 seconds. Little rest means you go go go but with a short workout every minute counts!
