While we have a brand new fitness program that launched called Muscle Burns Fat we got a taste of a fitness program launching in the winter to keep up fit and in control called 9 week control freak.
During coach summit week we got a workout from each fitness trainer. So we got a sneak peek at one style included in 9 weeks control freak coming December 2020. So I thought I would share 12 minutes of this AMRAP and HIIT with you too. This would be perfect on a day you are short on time or do it twice!
So give this one a try. In 12 minutes you can get 3 rounds of this strength circuit and then a couple HIITs of high knees 15 seconds on 15 seconds off.
