While I am not a Pumpkin Spice Latte girlie, I do like pumpkin. These Pumpkin Protein Bites are so yummy.

Preheat over to 350

Ingredients needed:

I am not a cook or baker. Most recipes tell you to mix the wet together, the dry together and then blend. Who has time for that? I just tossed everything in a bowl and mixed well. Then I sprinkled in the chocolate chips and mixed well. I saved some to sprinkle on top.

You can use a loaf pan, I just used one of our square glass containers. I added some parchment paper and then scooped the mixture inside. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.

Bake for 35-40 minutes and let cool

I divided mine into 8 servings.

MyFitnessPal programmed all the ingredients and macros. For 1 serving

213 calories, 6.5g carbs, 2g fat, 42.1 g protein

They are great next day too. For a quick protein hit these do the trick!
