With INSANITY®, Shaun T gave you a year’s worth of results in only 60 days. And now, 5 years later, it’s time for INSANITY MAX:30—the hardest 30 minutes of your life. There’s no equipment needed; just push to your MAX and get insane results in 30 minutes a day.
In INSANITY MAX:30, the only thing standing between you and the body you want…is YOU. Every day you’ll push a little harder, go a little longer, and dig a little deeper. It’s not about finishing the workout—it’s about seeing how far you’ll go before you MAX OUT.
One more minute. One more rep. One step closer to the body you want. INSANITY MAX:30.
Maxing out does not mean you make it 8 minutes in, MAX OUT and turn the DVD off.
It means you MAX out at 8 minutes, hit PAUSE– catch your breathe, drink some water, shake out your legs and jump back in. The next day you want to try and BEAT your MAX OUT TIME. SO if DAY 1 you maxed out at 8 minutes then DAY 2 try to make it to 8 minutes 20 seconds. Then as you progress through the program see if you can KEEP beating yourself.
If you try to MAXOUT just 30 seconds longer than you did yesterday, over the entire 60 days, you can make it through the entire 30 minutes!
So you do the full 30 minutes each workout- your MAX OUT time will change and improve as your body, endurance, strength and core changes and improves.

No worries we got you covered. There is a modifier the whole time and you have the option to select ONLY VIEW MODIFIER and it blocks the rest of the crew out and SOLELY focuses on the MODIFIER—–SCORE!

Friday Fight Round 1– This is the point where you have to go inside your HEAD and say “I CAN DO THIS”!
Its the fight between your MIND and your BODY which will WIN?
Month 1: Tabata Strength – first you get the POWER then you build the STRENGTH using your body and mind as your equipment!
Month 1: Tabata Power – Your body is your equipment. You have the power within you, now use it!
Month 1 – Cardio Challenge. Get ready for intense, sweaty, crazy cardio in just 30 minutes!
KEEP GOING- DIG DEEP
Month 2: Get ready for pure MAXOUT exhilaration! Remember – Sweat is just fat crying.
Step Up the Challenge in Month 2
Month 2: MAXOUT Strength – Build your body USING your body. “Leg Day” is no longer your worst enemy.
Friday Fight: Round 2 – Every move is only 60 seconds. But it is the Hardest. Workout. EVER.
Month 2: MAXOUT Power – at least you get a 15 second break. You can thank Shaun later.
Month 2: MAX OUT Cardio – Just try and get past the warmup before you MAXOUT!
