WHAT IS TRANSFORM 20?

-Transform 20 is a fast, super -intense fitness program created by Super Trainer Shaun T that will transform your body & mind.

-20 minutes a day. Don’t let 20 minutes fool you. This program will push you. But if you still need more, there are bonus ab workouts and 6 bonus weight workouts.

The program is 6 days a week for 6 weeks.

There is a modifier in each workout. You can start with no step, but you will graduate this program crushing that step!

The workouts are new each day, no repeats so you never get bored.

The nutrition plan is simple and dialed in.

There are NO BREAKS (only Shaun T can rest)! This will keep the heart pumping, the sweat pouring and the calories torching. Shaun helps you get every minute out of the 20.
