Today’s Lesson: It is possible to make a guilty treat less guilty
Do you love Wendy’s Frosty’s? The taste? The texture?
A satisfying treat that leaves you feeling guilty after you eat it.
Well I love that texture. I have a Shakeology every day for one of my meals and sometimes as a snack and I almost always make it into an ice cream/ sorbet like consistency.
Now my usual go to recipe is Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana but my second Favorite is Cherry Garcia.
- frozen cherries about ¾ cup
- lots of ice
- scoop or packet of chocolate shakeology
- Few dashes cinnamon
- 6oz or so of water. To make it creamier I use unsweetened almond milk.
- Blend until thick and creamy
Serve however you like or right out of the blender J
