Today’s Lesson Plan- Oh my Chocolate Peanut butter deliciousness- how to have a guilt free treat
OH my goodness, do you ever have a craving for chocolate? Do you feel guilty if you give into that craving? Do you like Reese Peanut Butter Cup? Or just the combo of chocolate and peanut butter? Do you love peanut butter but not all the fat (even though its healthy fat it doesnt always fit into our nutrition plans right?) Well I have a solution for you. I bring you Chocolate PB Shakeology. This is my lunch or breakfast a few times a week:
Ingredients:
1 scoop or 1 packet chocolate shakeology
1/4-1 cup unsweetned almond milk
2 tbs PB2
Water
Ice
Frozen Banana ( doesnt have to be frozen but it makes it creamier)
