Ground Turkey Salad- lean protein and veggies
I don’t know about you but I love ground turkey, because I think you can mix it with anything. I like to toss items together and this was my lunch creation today.
I am not a cook. I like simple, easy and healthy meals. So this litterally took less than 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- non stick spray
- lean ground turkey
- Mrs. Dash garlic and herb (salt free)
- package of broccoli slaw
- 1/2 cup sweet potato
- liquid amino (braggs) (optional)
So since I was just making this for me, first I cooked up the ground turkey.
Then I steamed for 1 minute a cup or two of the broccoli slaw
I steamed the 1/2 cup of sweet potato and then diced it up
Combine and mix on plate and drizzle with a little liquid amino (braggs)
Eat and enjoy!
