My name is Jackie Enos. I’m a former elementary special ed teacher turned full time fitness coach and instructor. I have a passion for fitness & nutrition & helping others. I got burned out of special education and bounced around from center to center. Each day becoming more depressed and lost. I knew I was meant for more and I missed my DRIVE and EXCITEMENT. Along came coaching.Then I met Shannon who introduced me to Beachbody. I wish I had said YES the first time she asked me to join her team, but I am glad I did. My drive, passion, excitement was ignited again.I felt like I found myself again. I found my true passion.
Beachbody has helped my grow into the person & I am. I am living my dreams, growing them daily & my goal is to help YOU live YOURS too! I have learned so much about myself since becoming a coach. I have grown in my confidence, ability and self worth. I have also gained the most amazing friends through the clients I help and the coaches who join this mission.

Day 2: 100 List
Thank you for taking the time to share a little about yourself yesterday! I am so excited to get to know you better as I share tools to help you plan for success in your life & in your business so you truly can live your dreams!
Today is THEE most… THEE most important thing you can do as a brand new coach to start your business off right. Please do not go to the next day of this training until you have done THIS homework. Deal?
THEE most important thing you can do as a brand new coach to start your business off right is to create a list of 100 names of family, friends, cell phone contacts, Facebook contacts, old childhood friends, coworkers, friends from the gym, church, florist etc. these names can be whoever you want.
Just make sure that every name on your 100 LIST fits a couple criteria:
1) You like her / him
2) She / he is a nice person
HOMEWORK: Take time to write down 100 names but don’t worry if you haven’t talked to them in years, just make sure you like them and they are nice…and I will show you how to reconnect with them and build a trustworthy relationship with them.
This list will change and grow as your business grows. Names will be added and some names will be taken away (as you add them to your team OR you no longer feel they meet your criteria). But ultimately, when you have a list, you have a plan and this is your blueprint for where you are headed for the next 7-30 days!
Please do not go on to the next day of this training until you have written a list of 100 names of nice people you like. Once you have your list, please text me or Fb message me a pic of it to show me you are ready for the next step & so I can tell you YOU’RE AWESOME!!
Day 3: Important Calls, Websites, Podcasts
Hey gorgeous! I am so happy you wrote your list of 100 nice people you like. That list is the very first step in a VERY successful journey as a Beachbody coach. So thank you for writing your list before moving on to today’s training.
Here are some IMPORTANT WEBSITES you will be accessing on a regular basis:
News, info, FAQs, networking with other Beachbody coaches & customers etc.
Log in (top right corner of page)
You should see my photo (Contact my Coach), then a number of Beachbody workouts completed that day, and below that is your Beachbody name (i.e. JackieEnos) with your Dashboard option
Click on dashboard & Enter Profile info, bio & add before photo to you (this is important for receiving customer leads in the future)

You have 2 websites where people can purchase programs & products from you. (I only use one of mine). This website will be used A LOT and you will earn 25% every time someone clicks “BUY”!! I recommend your save your website LINK in your phone (I have mine saved in my notes app so its EASY to copy and paste when I am messaging people).
(ie: my beachbody name is Jackienos) my website is www.BeachbodyCoach.com/Jackieenos)
You can manage this website (and the others) through your “BACK OFFICE”, once you are logged in to your office just select “My Websites” and add a photo & a bio to your Beachbody page / other pages.
In the future you can purchase your own domain name through GoDaddy so that you can have an easy website for people to remember (i.e: www.JackieEnos.com ) is easier for people to remember than www.Beachbodycoach.com/Jackieenos but they both take you to my website.

The podcast app is probably my FAVE thing I have learned about from my Beachbody business. I listen to podcasts when I am in the shower, bath, making meals, doing my hair, and driving in my car. It is the easiest way to fill your life with positivity & inspiration all day long. Once you have downloaded the podcast app, subscribe to:
Team Beachbody Coach Podcast – recorded National Wakeup Calls, listen to a bunch to introduce yourself with coaches at the top of the company, you can skip ahead to about minute 7-8 if you are listening to old calls so you can skip all the old ‘news’.
Build Your Tribe – with Chalene Johnson (this is my coach, Jenelle Summers’ sister) and she is so funny, real and wonderful- this show is about building an online business.

Day 4- 4 Vital Behaviors

Today I want to tell you about the 4 Vital Behaviors that Beachbody has established that really help us as coaches to stay on track towards achieving our goals. Whether your goal is to get Shakeology for a discount OR to make a 7-figure income (our up-line leaders are J a 7-figure annual earners), by keeping your priorities in line and making sure to focus on the 4 Vital Behaviors, you will see how these 3 simple steps really do move you in the right direction!
THE 4 VITAL BEHAVIORS
INVITE, INVITE, INVITE
Inviting means that you are so passionate about the products and what they are doing for you that you are excited to share them with everyone!
Have you ever been to a restaurant that you just LOVE and you want to invite all your friends to go there with you? Or have you ever told your friends about a movie they HAVE to see because it was SO good? Or have you ever scored BIG with a sale and then told your friends to go there too? Do you think you were SELLING those things to your friends? Well, yes you were, but not intentionally right?
When you are passionate about something you want to share it with others so they can experience the same joy that you have.
Every day, focus on inviting at least 3-5 people to join your next challenge OR as a coach!
2) BE A PRODUCT OF THE PRODUCT
When you drink Shakeology every day and experience the increased energy, metabolism, decreased cravings, weight loss, etc how does this make you feel?
When you press play with a home fitness program that is helping you to gain strength and endurance while increasing your metabolic burn and you are getting in the best shape of your life, how does that make you feel? Share that.
When you check in every day to an accountability group that is helping motivate you and keep you on track towards achieving your goals, and living in the body of your dreams, how does that make you feel? Share that.
This is how we fall in love with the products that Beachbody has to offer, when we experience them every day; when we see real results & have our own story to tell.
When we are so passionate about the products, we can’t help but tell our friends about our story & share the products!
3) PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
Reading a motivational book
Listening to an audio book or podcast in the car or when you are doing chores around the house
Using Success on Demand in your back office (success tab)
Listening to the National Wakeup OR Team Hardcore Call or Team MAD call
All of these options will give you inspiration for social media posting, motivation to invite, encouragement when it feels hard, tips to make your business grow more effectively, inspiration that YOU CAN LIVE YOUR DREAMS.
In addition to helping your business, Personal Development makes you better in every area of your life because you are constantly growing / learning / applying yourself / listening more / talking less / becoming a problem solver / becoming a go-getter.
Personal Development makes YOU a better spouse, parent, sibling, friend AND coach.
Recognizing your clients especially NON SCALE VICTORIES
Recognizing other coaches either on your personally sponsored team or larger team
Recognition is crucial. It drives people to keep going, lets them notice you are being seen, it shows you care about others, it lets outsiders see the “community” effect and more. Don’t you love shoutouts?
Practice the 4 Vital Behaviors:

- Indulge in personal development & reflect the person you want to be!

Day 5- Ideal Customer and Work Hours
When it comes to establishing your ideal customer, it is honestly easier to first decide on some characteristics you do NOT want in your ideal customer / coach. Remember, these people are going to be your friends, people you get along with, they are you a year ago or 5 years ago.
So start by creating a small list of 5-10 characteristics that you do NOT want to work with. For me its:
None of YOU!
Once you have a list of things you do NOT want, then begin to brainstorm things you love and seek in your friends, customers & coaches. For me (these may be things that describe you), my ideal friend / customer / coach is:
motivated / dream-seeking
25-35 year old single or new wife or mom
college grad / forever student
earn $50-100K / year
interested in health / fitness / nutrition / sports
kind & loving
loves pink & shiny things
shy- shy at first,
Have you ever been hired for a job and they told you “you can work whenever is best for you”.?Unless you are self-employed, you often don’t get that luxury.
To be honest, when you have your own business it is important to realize this is still a business and you will only succeed if you have a plan and work consistently every day.
Today, I would like for you to schedule your personal working hours for the next month. This can be a trial period for yourself that may work, or you may need to modify it as you go.
Some people work best first thing in the morning. I personally have scattered business hours. I get up at 4 and make a morning motivational/coffee post. I check all messages and notifications. I send off a few messages. I workout and teach class. I post a workout video every morning. I shower, eat, get ready and then focus. Responding to emails & messages & starting 3 new conversations, sending out friend requests, follow ups, checking in with groups, checking the coach online office. I literally listen to personal development during my run or when on the stepper, and while I get ready or when I am doing some work. In the evenings I get a lot of responses back from my messages so I follow up with those that I can and check in with my challengers nightly posts.
It may be better for you to work for 30 minutes first thing in the morning, 30 minutes at lunch and 30 minutes before bed.
Whatever you decide, schedule your time in your phone with a reminder each day to work your business during your scheduled working hours.
HOMEWORK: Make a list of at least 3-5 characteristics in people you DON’T want to work with. And another list with 10-20 characteristics that describe you & your ideal customer. Also, schedule 30 mins to an hour a day for the next month that you will commit to working your Beachbody business. Send me a pic / screenshot or text me your list & share your working hours with me once you have them completed!

Day 6: F.O.R.M.Ing Relationships
Welcome back! I am so proud of you for sticking with the program and getting one step closer to living your dreams every day! Yesterday you created your Ideal Customer and established your working hours. Being successful isn’t always convenient, but it takes plugging away every single day at the little things that make a BIG impact over time.
Today I want to share with you how to F.O.R.M. relationships:
When you meet new people here’s an easy way to remember how to connect and build strong relationships—try to follow the F.O.R.M. process.
But the first question I always like to ask is: Where are you from? (most people will answer this question and not feel you are creeping… ‘Where do you live?’ sounds much more creepy!)
F = Family: Does your new friend have kids, siblings, a spouse, etc.
O = Occupation: What does your new friend do for a living?
R = Recreation: What does your new friend do for fun? Do they play sports?
M = Message: After you get to know your new friend by asking questions about their family, occupation, and recreation you can tailor your invitation for them to get their free Team Beachbody Club membership and join your profile or like page for tips. Eventually you can invite them to a challenge or if they have ever considered coaching to help with ____. ALSO Miscellaneous – any other useful info about them.
HOMEWORK: Please check in with your 4 Vital behaviors:

What workout did you do & what meal was Shakeology?
Did you do at least 10 minutes of Personal Development?
Remember F.O.R.M.ing is all about sincerely wanting to get to know people, so always be sincere in your conversation and intent. If the conversation is one sided, feels forced or inauthentic, ask yourself if this person fits as your ideal customer before moving forward. Asking questions about their family, occupation, and recreation will help you get to know them better and find ways to connect with them on a deeper level. It will also help you to establish a problem that Beachbody programs / products or business opportunity can help solve. Have an awesome day!
Day 7: Challenge Group Time
I am so proud to have hard working, motivated, positive people like YOU on team MAD. Your dedication to this training is going to change not only your life but the lives of every person you help with their fitness journey!
Today, I would like you to select a start date for your very own challenge group!! So this may sound scary, or it may sound exciting to you. For me it was super exciting! But, you may be thinking – wait…its too soon! But trust me on this, I promise I won’t make you do ANYTHING you are not capable of. I am on your team and my goal is to help reach your potential & live your dreams!
The best way to start sharing Beachbody programs with others is by hosting your first challenge! So this can be:
your own version of my 21 day challenge(guide is in Team MAD)
your own 30 day challenge group from the Beachbody back office hosted on Facebook
a group that requires a minimum purchase of fitness to participate (any fitness program OR even a free 30 day trial of Beachbody Club Membership & $38 quarterly after the first 30 days- unlimited access to hundreds of workouts)
a group that requires a purchase of a challenge pack to participate (a fitness program AND Shakeology)
No matter what you chose, this is where you can share your secret ingredients / your story and help others on their journey in a very personal way.
I recommend selecting a start date that is within the next month- it is a good idea to start your group on a monday. This is a fresh start for everyone and people are excited to incorporate change after some not so great habits & activities over the weekends. I like to post about my group 3 weeks before it starts. People need to see it several times, think about it and a personal invite before they say yes. Dont post about it only giving them 1 weeks notice.

My very first challenge was all personal friends. Sharing your first challenge with personal contacts is such a great way to let your friends & family know you are a coach while building your confidence hosting your first challenge with people you feel comfortable with. (plus you don’t have to F.O.R.M relationships with people you already have personal relationships with… send them something like: “Hey! I am hosting a Facebook fitness challenge group starting ___. We are doing this fun workout program called Brazil Butt Lift. And I would love to have you join us! Do you think you might be interested in toning ur booty with me?”

Day 8: Success Club
Good job on checking in and staying on track with this training! You are going to learn so much this month that is going help you stay on track to help you live your dreams!
Today I want to talk to you about one of the driving forces of your Beachbody business.- SUCCESS CLUB. When you are committed to focusing on the 3 Vital behaviors you will hit success club without even having to worry about it.
Every time a customer or coach purchases a Challenge Pack OR Shakeology HD you will be awarded SC points. For every NEW CP order OR NEW COACH CP order you will receive 2 points, and for every NEW Shakeology HD you will receive 1 point.
By helping 3 people each month you can accumulate 5 points aka- SC5.
By helping 5 or more people each month you can accumulate 10 points which is known as SC10.
Hitting SC a big deal because it means you are helping people & working your business. When you achieve Success Club you will get a shoutout from me on Facebook, you will get a prize from Beachbody & you will love your growing paychecks!!
When you hit SC EVERY MONTH for 12 consecutive months then you become a SUCCESS CLUB ALL STAR- and this gets you onstage recognition at“SUMMIT”, the Beachbody National Conference- AND your name will permanently find itself in the Beachbody Success Club Hall of Fame! When you hit success club for 24 months straight you are a success club legend.
When you hit SC, it means you are diligently living out the 3 vital behaviors, you are changing lives, your business is growing and you are taking steps towards living your dreams!

Day 9: Emerald Coach Rank
Hey Rockstar! You are doing awesome with your training! No one is making you do this, and THAT is why I am so proud of you for staying on track and checking in every day. Its when you check in that I am able to share with you all the tools you need to help you build your business & live your dreams. It also lets me know who really wants this business to work for them and I am more willing to invest extra time in your success.
Today I want to tell you about the first milestone in your Beachbody career. Achieving Emerald is the first and easiest rank advancement & can be achieved easily in your first month of business! Achieving Emerald means that you are serious about your business, you are excited & you have shared what you are excited about with your friends & family.
Emerald Rank is achieved by:
Being Personally Active (50 PV)
AND Personally Sponsoring one Active Coach on EACH leg of your downline.
==> what is an Active Coach? A coach is active immediately if they sign up with a Challenge Pack. They can maintain their active status as long as they order 50PV (you will see PV beside every product we can purchase) every month (which means they either need to stay on Shakeology HD OR they need to sell 1 new challenge pack OR Shakeology HD per month)
==> what is Personally Sponsored (PS)?
A PS coach is someone YOU directly signed up under you. If you have explored your back office, you will see new coaches being added to your organization daily… These are NOT personally sponsored coaches and do NOT affect your rank – these coaches are in Team Hardcore’s organization- this will help you earn more in team cycle bonus (once you achieve emerald).
Once you personally sponsor your first coach, you will need to switch your “Preferred Placement” by going into your back office and verify your coach is on your RIGHT leg by going to MY BUSINESS – MY DOWNLINE – SPONSORSHIP DRILLDOWN this will show you ALL of your downline coaches and which leg they are on.
Then by selecting MY BUSINESS – PREFERRED PLACEMENT switch your preferred placement to LEFT so that your next PS Active coach will make YOU Emerald!!

Once you are Emerald and hit Success Club, you are ALSO eligible for the Lead Program! And this is where Beachbody really gets exciting! So come back tomorrow to learn about the Lead Program and how you can begin working smarter and making more with your Beachbody Business!
Day 10: Success Club Leads
I am so excited to share with you how Beachbody rewards us as coaches for sharing our products with our family & friends! Beachbody rewards us by sending us business from informercials and advertising!
This is how it works:
A Customer Lead-is someone who may have signed up for a FREE Beachbody membership; this person is curious about Beachbody, she may not be ready to begin a program yet but she is interested in tips. This customer has taken the first step towards change. Or a free lead has purchased the club membership, a base program or a sampler box of shakeology. Customer Leads will be assigned to you when you are eligible:
You must be an Emerald coach
You must have paid your coach Business Service Fee ($15.95 / month)
You must be a Beachbody Club Member ($39 quarterly- activated with your challenge pack purchase or can be upgraded in you Team Beachbody profile)
You must have a before photo & a bio in your TeamBeachbody.com profile
Then, once you achieve Success Club 10 or higher, you will begin to receive Success Club Leads:
A Success Club Lead– is someone who has purchased either Shakeology OR a challenge pack OR at least 90PV of product from Beachbody.com OR through an infomercial; these customers have taken the step to purchase a program & YOU have been assigned as their personal Beachbody Coach & they are now YOUR customers.
This is such a blessing to the customer AND to you. This is our best opportunity to follow up with our leads & actually connect with them to offer them a GREAT customer service experience & to get them on track to living their dreams!
DON’T be scared; DO it for them, they deserve it!
DON’T feel like you are bothering them; DO offer them information; they signed up to get help & information!
DON’T give up because they don’t respond the first time; DO continue to follow up & reach out so they know you are here for them!!
HOMEWORK: log in to your back office and set up your TEAM BEACHBODY profile. Be sure to include a before photo, and a bio. Also, set up your CLUB membership if you haven’t already so you can have online streaming of hundreds of workouts and be eligible to receive customer leads as soon as you hit Emerald!
I hope you see the benefits of achieving Emerald Rank and Success Club. I know you can do it because you are a loving and kind hearted person who truly wants to help your friends & family.
