Ugh I wasted YEARS being a slave to my scale ? I let it control me, define me and basically consume me…
Over the years I learned how to focus on other things to determine if I was healthy and strong ??
Can I lift heavier and how does that make me feel?
Can I jump higher or run faster?
Can I lift my body weight during body weight exercises?
Can my clothes fit better?
Do I eat clean and still feel satisfied?
Does the food I eat make me feel energized and not bloated?
Do I spy new muscles which are results of my hard work?
Do I like how I feel?
These are all things I teach my virtual fit groups to focus on. The scale can’t determine the things I mentioned above. It can’t tell progress in term of growth. It does NOT DEFINE YOU!!!
