Day 1 of a new week, hello Monday
I chat with lots of woman online on a weekly basis. Many feel its too late to make some changes. Too late to eat healthier. Too late to begin exercising. Too late to break some bad habits. Too late to lose weight. To make a career change or add a side hustle.
I am here to tell you its never too late. The hardest part is just starting. Sure there will be some growing pains. Moving the body in ways it hasn’t in a long time or maybe never has. Choosing something more healthy than the Ben & Jerry’s. But slowly you adjust. You start to feel better. You have more energy. You find joy again in doing something that makes you happy.
I have changed careers. I have become healthier. I have gained confidence and I am far happier today than 4 years ago.
So I have to ask ya, are you working towards being your healthiest, happiest, most free you?
