If you are reading this we are still in the midst of covid and the end of 2020. One thing that has kept me going all year are my workouts and fit for life community. I am not a newbie to home workouts. Ive been doing them on and off since 2006! Maybe its new for you to be working at home but I promise you don’t need a fancy or expensive gym membership to get solid results.

Here is an oldie but goodie upper body workout. I recommend a set of medium to heavy and a set of lighter weights. If you don’t have any check amazon for an adjustable pair, it can cheaper than buying individual weights. Or use water bottles or canned goods for some resistance. If you do, slow the reps down so there is more muscle under tension!

I would repeat this set 2-3 times for a really good burn. Let me know what you think. Better yet join my fit for life group for more workouts!
