Transform 20 Week 1

Its the second week of 2019 and its the first week in my Transform Yo Life Virtual Bootcamp! These ladies and gents are STEPPING IT UP and pushing hard these first few days. Some days have been intense cardio on (or off) the step.

 It may only be 20 minutes but there is little to no rest depending on the routine. That way you keep that heart rate high, you are getting that cardio effect and you are torching calories. Not only that but you are increasing your coordination, balance and strengthening your core all at the same time.

I always say fitness should be FUN and it sure as heck is in this program. PLUS its even more fun knowing that a dozen other people are doing the same workout as you and its fun to login to our group and see how everyone else did too. PLUS its accountability. Especially as we are getting snow and freezing temps here on the east coast!

Not only are the  Transform 20 workouts focusing on cardio and body weight training (pushups on and off the step) but there are 6 bonus strength workouts and 2 of them launched during week 1. I have tried them both out. Here is a move from one of them. You don’t need to go heavy for it to be effective. So if you are “afraid to lose muscle” insert eye roll……..these are for you!
