Morning Meltdown 100 Total Body Badass
If you have not guessed it yet, i’m LOVING this new workout. It’s officially launched for the public not just coaches. As a coach I had the honor of doing the first 10 workouts 2-3 times. This one is great and a challenge. Balance is an area I continue to work on, and some of these moves certainly challenged me. But with everything we all have a place to start and over time the more we work on it the better we get.
