I can’t believe i’m wrapping up week 5. These weeks and workouts are flying by and I am loving how it’s making me look and feel. Stronger and tighter. I’ll be starting round 2 as soon as week 6 is done. Give this Strength and Power workout from 6 Weeks of the work a try.

I love the way the moves combine. Its a total body workout that is fun and effective.

My goal is to improve my pull ups, chin ups and core hangs. Do not let that scare you though. You do not need a pull up bar. There is always an exercise you can do in place of them. Same for these leg raises and ab twists.

You can do these workouts in the comfort of your home, or stream them on the app and hit up your local gym. I hope you join me for round 2. Why not head into the holiday season with a plan to get you results, a healthy eating style and still enjoy those holiday treats.
