Resistance Band Workout
If you follow me at all you know I love strength training, HIIT and cardio. I rarely do a slow and low impact workout like yoga and pilates. But as we have revamped our famous 21 day fitness programs, I have been following along. This workout was from week 2. All of the moves are done in week 1 without the bands. In week 2 we intensify the burn with bands!
Resistance Bands are great because they can target smaller muscle groups, they work your muscles differently than traditional strength training does and they really help you see results. Plus they are small enough to pack in your suitcase so even if your hotel does not have a gym, you can get a quick burn in.
