Do you love to train legs as much as me?

Usually it’s with dumbbells and all the traditional moves, like squats, lunges, side lunges, deadlifts, and single leg deadlifts. But I also love using other methods to change things up and target legs and glutes a bit differently.

So here is a fun lower body workout using resistance bands and trust me you will feel the burn!
