I enjoy looking back but only to see my progress…

I am missing my typical Monday morning shoulder routine before teaching class, but I’ll be back to it in a few weeks💪🏼

While looking for an older video in my @dropbox I was looking at past videos & pics

I’ve decided it’s been A LONG time since I’ve dialed in my nutrition, truly monitored what I eat. No I won’t be counting calories 🙄but since I’m working on my Portion Control Nutrition Program Certification, I will be doing portion control again.

Yes I eat healthy but I may still be getting the wrong macronutrients. So dialing it back in, want to join me!
