Today as my ladies are checking into our virtual Bootcamp and reporting what workout they did, and how they felt during and after it.
The one theme is they shared was how they are overcoming previous limiting beliefs.
A mom of 3 who thought she couldn’t jump anymore, learned yes in fact she could. A mom of two can complete round 2 of our transform program with higher risers on the step, even though it’s challenging. When the exercises get you winded, breathing does not control you, you can control the breathing!
I used to believe I’d always be weak. I couldn’t do body weight or strength training exercises. I did and continue to gain strength. I proved myself wrong!
