Motivation When You Don’t Have It

when you lack motivation

I used to have this amazing super power 💥

Thee second my head hit the pillow it was lights out 💤
Lately I’ve been on the struggle 🚌 with little to not great sleep

I need a new pillow stat! I also think its the changing of the season.

I’m working on it so I took a quick nap this morning after the gym. I get asked how I stay on top of my fitness goals. Consistency no matter what. A bad week, a bad night, super busy, slept in, I make it happen. I also love that my job keeps me accountable. As an online fitness coach, people look to my pages for inspiration. No they don’t expect perfection because hello I am HUMAN too but knowing someone is searching my page waiting to be inspired keeps me motivated.

Some days it’s a great workout, some days are longer than others, some days it’s just movement. But I believe something is better than nothing!
