Do I think every style of fitness works for everyone? nope.
I think you have to find something you enjoy, and that is effective for your body.
I also believe you HAVE GOT TO SWITCH IT UP!!! Your body gets used to moving/lifting the same way over and over and over again. Sure I am a creature of habit for most things. I like the same style workouts but I def change it up too.
My body and mind need a change of pace with workouts. That’s the beauty inside my fit group, you get access to my FAVE fitness app with hundreds of different workouts to choose from.
There are workouts I like more than some of my fit for life peeps do. And they have some workouts they love that are just NOT my jam. That’s the beauty of options and variety!
