Do you remember your first workout?
Do you remember the first time you worked out?
When I first moved in with my now husband we joined a new Gym. They offered group fitness classes.
At first I said nah I don’t want to take classes but he encouraged me. Now I teach them
thanks hubby
I will never forget my first lifting class🙈 I made a complete ass of myself (let me know if u want me to share that story again
)! But I am so glad I stuck with it…..
I was sooo weak. Like girl weaker than your little sis weak! In fact in that lifting class after making a fool of myself I stuck to the pre weighted bars for months!!! One day I said I want to get stronger and im not seeing results anymore using the pre-weighted bars….. let me give these weights a try again. So I did and I stayed consistent.
Am I the strongest on your social media feeds? Nope but am I the strongest I have ever been? Yup
So ladies please don’t quit. If you do lift but only stick to 5lb weights it’s time to increase. If you are just starting, begin with 5lbs and once you master the form, challenge yourself with 10lbs and keep going up from there!!!
I’ll be starting a new lifting and HIIT program next week, July 16th and I want you to join me.
So come on ladies & join me, we get stronger together
LETS LIFT FOR LIFE!!!
