This is how you finish week 2 of a 6 week challenge. I am finishing week 3 and I have not seen results in such a short time from any program i’ve ever done. I am loving the strength, loving the definition and loving the challenge. Plus doesn’t hurt to have my core looking stronger too!

I love that these workouts have very little rest time. You get the most out of those 45 minutes. This was a killer way to end week 2. Now it’s time for you to give it a try. If you are ready to shake up your body, your workouts, your nutrition then come join me and my online fitness crew.
