The Crucible 50 Rep Challenge
This is how you finish week 2 of a 6 week challenge. I am finishing week 3 and I have not seen results in such a short time from any program i’ve ever done. I am loving the strength, loving the definition and loving the challenge. Plus doesn’t hurt to have my core looking stronger too!
