Fitness Motivation

 

Workouts count as doubles on your birthday right? I had a hard week of strength training last week so when my birthday hit I just needed to sweat and move.

This workout was all body weight. It includes HIIT and lots of core. I did some sprint intervals first but this was just what I needed. Give it a try!
