Instead of I HAVE to eat these veggies, I GET to put good nutritious into my ONE body to keep me functioning at my best, moving, beating, sleeping, breathing.

It’s not a chore or a prison sentence it’s a gift that you can either be thankful for or neglect. But both options come with consequences so choose wisely✌🏼
