Ya’ll know I love my workouts. But somedays I am short on time. No time to get to a gym or need a quick workout on vacation. So here is a great full body workout in only 8 minutes. 8 minute bootcamp is 8 exercises 1 minute each no rest. Want to double the burn do this 8 minute bootcamp twice in a row for 16 solid minutes.
